Internal auditing is an independent and objective assurance and consulting activity that is guided by a philosophy which results in value being added to improve the operations of the University. It assists the University’s leadership to successfully meet or exceed its objectives by a systematic and structured approach to evaluate and transform the effectiveness of the risk management mitigation plan and internal control processes.
