New and Returning Students Housing Application

APPLY FOR FALL 2024 HOUSING STARTING APRIL 23 IN 4 SIMPLE STEPS:

1. PAY HOUSING DEPOSIT:
   • Pay a non-refundable Housing Deposit (log in as a student and create a pin)
     • $200 for all Traditional Housing
     • $400 for University Village and University Courtyards
   • Choose “Fall 2024” and click “Pay Traditional Housing Deposit or Village/Courtyard Housing Deposit.”
     NOTE: A deposit must be paid to complete the Housing Application (It takes 24-48 hours to roll over to our system). To submit your app on opening day, pay your deposit at least 36 hours prior to opening day.
2. REGISTER FOR CLASSES (Full-time):
   • Register for 12 or more credits (undergraduate student)
   • Register for nine or more credits (graduate student)
3. COMPLETE APPLICATION:
   • Log into your Resident Housing Portal.
   • Read the Housing Contract and sign it.
   • Choose a room, room style, roommate, and meal plan. Except for University Courtyards, a meal plan is mandatory for all students living on campus and runs from Sunday-Saturday (7 days)
     • 19 meals per week + $200 Flex Dollars/semester: A student can eat any combination of breakfast, lunch or dinner which totals up to 19 meals during this period.
     • 200 block meals + $225 meals/semester: You have 200 meal swipes to use throughout the semester.
     • 125 block meals + $150 meals/semester: You have 125 meal swipes to use throughout the semester.
       NOTE: Flex dollars can be spent at any food service area on campus that’s not the cafeteria by swiping ID.
4. RECEIVE CONFIRMATION EMAIL:
   • A confirmation email will be sent once the application is complete.
