Instructions
- Download the desired form.
- Open the form on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader and print it out on your printer.
- Fill in all the required information. Please be sure to print out all pages and read instructions, or policies on the form carefully.
- Sign the form if instructions advise a signature is required.
- Return the form to the Office of Records and Registration (verify with Records and Registration, options for returning documents).

Enrollment Verification
To request verification of enrollment to be sent to a third party, click on the Enrollment Verification link under Student Records on the Student Services Menu.
Select the term and type of verification.
Select the delivery method.
Here you have various options for delivery to include mail, fax, or email. For email delivery, enter your email in the space where it shows Street Line 1 or Email Address. If you select mail, enter the street address instead. You can only enter one or the other.
How to Apply for Graduation
- Log on to myDESU.
- On your Student Homepage, click Student Profile.
- From the Additional Links menu (bottom left), click Application for Graduation.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions.
- If you are unable to submit the Application for Graduation online, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 302.857.6375 or registrar [at] desu.edu.

Step-by-Step Process
FILING THE FAFSA
Step 1: File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after October 1. The filing deadline for priority consideration is December 1. When completing the FAFSA, we recommend that you use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transfer your tax information directly from the IRS onto your FAFSA.
Step 2: Receive Financial Aid Offer. First year and incoming transfer students will receive this information in the mail.
Step 3: Check your Financial Aid To Do List in Campus Logic for important or missing financial aid forms.
